These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites and services operated by AI For Verticals, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including ai4verticals.com, DrawBill, IncidentFast, PourLicense, docAnalyzer, and any related products (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

Permitted Use

You may use our Services to:

  • Upload, analyze, and process documents for legitimate business purposes
  • Generate reports, forms, and documentation using our AI tools
  • Store and manage your content within your account

You may not:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose
  • Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our Services
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
  • Use the Services to build a competing product
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Services without authorization

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to or create with our Services (“Your Content”). By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display Your Content solely to provide the Services to you.

We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We do not use Your Content to train AI models. When you delete Your Content or close your account, we delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the right to upload and process any content you provide, and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right.

AI-Generated Output

Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate reports, analyses, forms, and other output (“AI Output”). Regarding AI Output:

  • No professional advice — AI Output is not legal, medical, safety, financial, or professional advice. Always review AI Output and consult qualified professionals for decisions that affect health, safety, legal compliance, or financial matters.
  • No guarantee of accuracy — while we strive for accuracy, AI Output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before relying on it.
  • Regulatory compliance — if you use AI Output for regulatory filings (OSHA, tax, insurance, licensing), you are solely responsible for verifying that the output meets all applicable requirements.
  • Ownership — you own the AI Output generated from Your Content. We claim no ownership rights over it.

Subscriptions and Payment

  • Paid features require a subscription. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Free Tier and Credits

  • Free accounts are subject to usage limits that may change without notice.
  • Credit-based usage is consumed as you use AI features. Credits do not expire but are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free tiers at any time.

Service Availability

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible.
  • We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Services ceases immediately
  • We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period (typically 30 days)
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) will continue to apply

You may close your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • We are not liable for any action you take based on AI Output, including regulatory penalties, legal claims, or safety incidents.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI For Verticals, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English.
  • You waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
  • For claims under $10,000, either party may choose small claims court instead of arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. If you disagree with changes, you should stop using our Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
